20 min warm up on treadmill
Squats
135 lbs - 3 x 10
225 lbs - 3 x 8
305 lbs - 3 x 5
Pull ups
5 x 5
Bicep curls
90 lbs - 5 x 15
This workout took approximately an hour to complete
